Open pe.URI.Mod and * mark it.  
Open the Watson.Panel.  Click the Show Def * 
button.  The definitions will be dsplayed.

cg> URI seems to suggest use of DNS ?

It is just a reimplementation of ESC
and UnESC.  No direct involvement of 
DNS.
