[Oberon] software license agreement

Hello ETH Folk,

At the bottom of http://www.oberon.ethz.ch/ is "license agreement".  
A click on it yields "550 Failed to change directory."

A real HTML document rather than a txt retrieved by FTP 
could be an improvement?
