Thanks.  I should have recognized that but still thrashing in unfamiliar territory.

With another Google search, found this page containing the link 
to your publication.

There, preceeding the last sentence, I've added a short paragraph about file naming.  
Also simplified composition of a few other sentences.  Haven't learned all the formatting 
conventions yet.  Probably you will see more than one error.
