[Oberon] erroneous hiding procedures in programmer's text editor v2.1

Since we're talking about <little details>, what are
the perceived disadvantages, of a syntax directed editor, where you
just fill-in the parameters?
For users who range over several languages it's very annoying to
bother with such details.
Doesn't MSoft already have something  ...
IMO *nix's `mc` which is a clone of the DOS:nc is an
example of the power of VISUAL/menue-based.
