Just for discussion or interest, the syntax
<SystemName> MODULE <ModuleName> 
for example
Oberon MODULE Texts
doesn't require the new keyword IN.  There must be a good reason 
to refrain from putting <SystemName> ahead of MODULE but I
have yet to grasp it.
