[Oberon] Porting FPGA Oberon to new boards.

Doesn't seem to be an FPGA board; it has an ARM CPU. ProjectOberon is not about an Oberon to ARM compiler... It's about Oberon to RISC5 compiler, and implementing this (Oberon optimized) RISC5 CPU in FPGA.
