[Oberon] Project Oberon Boot loader sources

Walter,

I experimentally ported the RISC compiler to Gardens Point Component Pascal (GPCP) for .NET so I could use it with the Astrobe IDE to cross-compile ProjectOberon code on Windows and disassemble the generated code. About 98% of the changes could be summarised by:

1. Change LONGINT to INTEGER
2. Replace some VAR ouput parameters with OUT
3. Implement a .NET version of Texts

You could probably do something similar using BlackBox Component Pascal if you are more familiar with that than GPCP.

Otherwise I would have thought you could use one of the two or three ProjectOberon emulators that have been mentioned in this mailing list,

Regards,
Chris
