Now where do the diagrams belong?

  Please don't change this structure. "

Nevertheless, the Development page has "Repository, Tools, Builds, Bug Tracking".
Topics be added to the Development page or no?

I've added "Structure of Oberon" and the wiki software has added a superscript "?".
