[Oberon] A2 on Raspberry Pi

Reading through Release.Tool in the A2 source directory, it appears to me that A2 is now also supported on the Raspberry Pi.

Is there any additional information how to get it running? 

Does it use Raspbian (or anything else) s hardware abstraction layer or is it running natively?
