[Oberon] OberonStation and PS/2

Hi all

Independent on PS2 or USB (I use the green USB-to-PS2 adapter for the mouse
as well), both keyboard and mouse are generally BIDIRECTIONAL devices.

The ProjectOberon uses mouse and keyboard only as INPUT devices.
- The Oberon side of the device drivers do not allow to write something to
the devices.
- And the Verilog side of the device driver has some "ugly" code to write
the magic string to the mouse for successful initialization.

Sorry Jan, but that is misleading, please be careful. My research
indicates that these passive adapters work only with USB keyboards and
mice which were designed to use them: not all USB devices are convertible
in this way. Older ones may work if you are lucky - hence YMMV.
