You can try this MicroVCL library + example for OPCL (Oberon Portable 
Command-Line version of ETH Oberon):

This work is by a Russian programmer Serg Atantsov. Now in active 
development. Use it as is, on your own risk, if you like. It's free.

Maybe you want to port it to another Oberon-2 compiler?
