[Oberon] On Oberon Sources

"Texts" - as everything else in Oberon - are extendable.
The "binary noise" in the beginning is normally used to code the formatting of the text (font, size, color...) but also Texts extensions are coded/hidden there, like eg. Folds and so on.

Plain ASCII files do not allow to do that.
