It is in Oberon0.  If booted from Oberon0.Dsk or 
OberonCF0.Dsk, "ET.Open afile" should work.  Which 
of these bootable images do you have?  Please 
mention the number of bytes in the file.  It is 
booted from a real diskette or from a hypervisor?
