[Oberon] paint-tool-pict-pictureframes

Dear Guenter,

I have now completed my first task of porting Ceres-2 Splines.Mod to FPGA Oberon System V5.
As it is part of Draw package.

I now wish to focus on Paint.Mod, the Modules needed below,

Bitmaps -> PictureFrames -> Pictures -> Paint

I have Bitmaps from OLR and the rest kindly provided by yourself.

I would like to start with Bitmaps, as it is not portable code, I wish to know some background, in case it is documented somewhere.

Could you please advise?
