[Oberon] Installation of NO

Just added the commands to retrieve the zip archives for system 
rebuilding and made a few other small edits.

Please have a look.

I've laid out the commands so that after Oberon0 is installed, 
addition of Apps1, Apps2 & etc. can be done from NO itself.
In the page opened above, section (14).  Does that make sense?
Can you find any errors or omissions?
