Done.  

Some time back I ordered the sections alphabetically.  Given that 
your section is longer than the others, it is at the end for now.  
Some readers might prefer to see details at github and a summary 
of one sentence at ethz.ch.

You'll see a few small changes in grammar and a few simplifications 
in wording.  Long before Oberon was a twinkle in Prof. Wirth's eye 
I was taught to "write as simply as possible".  If anything is too 
irritating, just let me know.
