[Oberon] HTML.Tool Chapter2.Text

Dear Friends,

I thought about converting Chapter2.Text to html in NO.
I tried HTML.Tool.
It converts TestHTML.Text file to TestHTML.html.
But it didn't convert Chapter2.Text.
When it said, no html file name in text,
I wrote "Chapter2.html" in the beginning of Chapter2.Text, opening it with Edit.Tool.
But still html conversion doesn't work!

How to proceed?
