[Oberon] HTML.Tool Chapter2.Text

Hi Srinivas,

the HTML.Tool is not what you expect. It is not a tool for translation 
of arbitrary Oberon texts to html-file.

It is a simple tool to create simplified html files. The sample file 
"TestHTML.Text" describes how to do it.
