OK, yes, OLR.Input.Mod is present and contains "CopyClip*, PasteClip*: PROCEDURE;".

System.ShowCommands Input ~ gives
Input.Copy
Input.Paste
.

In the variant of Fedora, the OLPC XO system with X11, 
neither command produces a result.  No evidence of data 
moved to or from the clipboard.  One execution of 
Input.Paste killed the ./oberon process. 

Can have another look in Debian on Sunday or Monday.
