Copyright can become an obstacle.  If the contribution is submitted  
via a third party such as me, WikiMedia will ask you for release under 
one of the licenses.

If that fails, the contribution will disapear quickly.  If you submit 
directly, no such obstacle.  Simpler for everyone.
