[Oberon] Language report for Active Oberon.

Hi Jörg,

Peter asked for a version of the Language Report for Active Oberon.

AFAIK there have been some changes to the language since Patrik Reali’s Version, which is the one you find on archive.org: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://bluebottle.ethz.ch/languagereport/index.html<https://web.archive.org/web/*/http:/bluebottle.ethz.ch/languagereport/index.html>
