[Oberon] Language report for Active Oberon.

Patrik Reali's version is dated 2004. There is a summary of the Active Oberon language dated 2010 included in the A2 Programming Quickstart Guide which you can download from the Oberon Community Platform -> Documentation -> Language page:

AFAIK there have been some changes to the language since Patrik Reali’s Version, which is the one you find on archive.org: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://bluebottle.ethz.ch/languagereport/index.html
