PC Native Oberon (context EO) has Find and RX.  Even more powerful are 
Gerard Meunier's Babel, NPTBox, TBox and Regul.  Better than *nix in 
many respects.

Don't "reinvent the wheel"!  (Sorry; the cliche was too tempting.)
