[Oberon] FPGA - Oberon-7 - Plain File

There is Claudio Nieder's java code at https://sourceforge.net/p/oberon/oberonv4/ci/master/tree/utils/ch/claudio/oberon/OberonFilter.java

And there is Pieter Muller's code to escape Oberon specific stuff for using sourceforge 
for storage/diffs of Oberon System 3 files. I include it as a file which is created by itself.
It is plain asci and so it readable, but not compilable at all ...

It contains some documentation after the END CvsClient.
