This is exactly the picture I would like to see running on FPGA Oberon, but we would need an RISC5 OP2 compiler for this. I wonder if RISC5 core was designed properly for OP2, or is this core too minimalistic to permit OP2 implementation? Otherwise it is hard to see why OP2 has no RISC5 support.
