A person with 0 knowledge of the Oberon languages or systems could
use your compiler to translate a Verilog text to a Lola-2 text. (?)

I don't mean to contradict but it's wiki based. Deliberately intended
to allow anyone to edit. I prefer to be a contributor rather than
author. At least two others have contributed content. Morbid to say
but 30 years hence, many or most of us will be gone. With any luck
some documents will survive to help new generations. (Assuming we
don't extinguish our species by continuing the current crazy
behaviour.)
