[Oberon] Description of Experimental Oberon & etc.

Hello Andreas and all,

The first cell of the 4th from last row of the table 
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon#System_Variants 
describes the host environment of Experimental Oberon as "X86 and 
Oberon RISC".  But your code probably works as well in V5 on a bare 
FPGA.  What is a good description of the host environment for EO?

This morning I've made many small changes in the table with the 
intention of correcting semantics.  Advice about errors and 
suggestions for improvements are welcome.  For example, 
http://blackboxframework.org/index.php?cID=goto-download-page 
states that BB runs under Wine on a *ix system.
