EO is a revision of FPGA Oberon, therefore it works wherever FPGA Oberon runs, i.e. on the RISC processor as defined on www.projectoberon.com.
PS: EO does not modify the RISC processor, only the Oberon system that runs on top of it. For example, the numerical CASE statement is intentionally implemented *without* adding any additional CPU instructions that would make its implementation more efficient (as the Astrobe development system has done with the "B,cond PC, [Rn]" instruction).
