Have you ever considered adding a reference to Ulm's Oberon system
(http://www.mathematik.uni-ulm.de/oberon/) to your Wiki? It was based
on Oberon 89
(http://www.mathematik.uni-ulm.de/oberon/reports/ulmdiff-1994.html).
