Archive.org's handling of redirects is not ideal. When the last snapshot
of the destination before the date in the link (20170717) was a redirect
to a domain that opted out of archive.org, the link will show as "dead".
When you replace the date in the link by /*/, you will see the actual
crawls where the link has not been a redirect yet in blue color (the
green ones are crawls that already got a redirect), the latest one being

https://web.archive.org/web/20040405103410/http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/print/0,23102,3399433,00.html
