Interesting big challenge!

For now the ETH Bibliography is restored.  A relatively small task but 
consumed many hours. Open 
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon/ETH_Oberon/sitemap 
and scroll down to links "Publications" and "Authors".

Many of the authors remain active.  Where a suitable Web page turned 
up, the author name is linked.  

Some have dropped off the radar.  Have any dropped out? Probably a few 
are deceased.  =8~(
