So, the answer to the OP, so far, seems to be "no".

ETH Oberon, AKA Oberon S3, runs both natively on x86 (Native Oberon),
and can run on Raspberry Pi under Linux:

The confusingly-named Linux Native Oberon is something older, possibly
Oberon System 2, if the screenshots here are to be believed:

UltibOberon, an emulatoe but the only bare-metal version for the Pi:

... is based on the 2013 Project Oberon, which predates ETH (S3), Linz
(S4) and A2?

OK, but only on x86 Linux and there is no ARM Linux version that could
run on, say, Raspian?
