[Oberon] Updating Project Oberon PDF Docs (was: ALU 2015 and 2018)

It is possible. However you need to have access to a copy of Adobe Acrobat
(not just the Acrobat reader). We use Acrobat to save PDF files as
Microsoft Word documents. We are then able to edit the Word documents to
our heart's content.

Word also allows you then to save these as PDF documents if you wish. A
useful option allows you to create bookmarks for every section which allows
you to jump directly to the area of interest. You can see what I mean if
you download our version of the Project Oberon book from our website:

We combined all three PDF files into one for convenience when we sent it
out to get a printed copy, and added the bookmarks to make it easier to
navigate. AFAIR, we didn't make any changes to the text.
