[Oberon] Updating Project Oberon PDF Docs (was: ALU 2015 and 2018)

It's nice to know that there are others out there who might appreciate my
niche projects! :-) The knowledge that there's at least one other person on
earth who will get utility out of this project has inspired me to make more
progress today.

Here's an update: https://github.com/guidoism/tex-oberon

I've translated up to page 47 of the 2013 edition, first pdf. That's a
little under half of that first doc. Figures are all still missing. My plan
is to get the text correct, then add the figures as pictures taken from the
pdf, then clean up some of the ugly typesetting problems, then maybe get
around to redoing the figures with MetaPost. I'd love help, especially with
the figures, if there are others out there who like this sort of work.
