[Oberon] [Ubuntu 22.04, CPC, BBCB] back down to 20.04

Ok, I've been testing only basic cases of Linux BB under Ubuntu 18 and 20,
and I guess Debian. All of them are not native installed but under WSL on
Win 10 or 11.
I think Denisov is on the list and I hope he's taking note of that.
