Thanks Chris.  The lines for Linux and for Windows in the table are now 
consolidated into one.  Links updated, including those in the footnote.

In Sourceforge, I didn't notice installation instructions or a README file.
Might be inside Oberon.zip.  Haven't checked that yet.
