[Oberon] newcomer

Hi bluemoon/TealSynapse,

my favorite book for learning yet another Oberon dialect (Component 
Pascal) is Stan Warford's Computing Fundamentals available 
https://blackboxframework.org/books/warford_2002.pdf despite it is only 
usable with the BlackBox component builder, but that IDE is available 
from the same site 
https://blackboxframework.org/index.php?cID=goto-download-page,en-us and 
it runs nicely under Linux/Wine and of course MS-Windows.
