Thanks. Nice to hear that you were able to reproduce the image file.
The Modules.txt file is actually based on the dependency order list which the OberonIDE can generate. It is also that repository where you can find the aosfstool:

Hello Rochus,
This is an achievement!
In the interest of understanding it better, I cloned your op2 and OberonSystem3Native repositories and was able to build op2 on Ubuntu (arm) and was able to compile all the modules and create an image.bin file.
I got stuck however in the add_files.sh script because I don't know where to find the aosfstool. Do you have any advice?
