[Oberon] Oberon System 3 now also runs on the Raspberry Pi Zero2

Thanks! I found it, compiled it, used it to build a disk image. It doesn't
boot yet but I'm sure that's my fault--there are any number of these steps
I have probably done wrong. I suppose it is time to hook up a serial port
for debugging.
