[Scion] Change in md5 values

Hi Juan,

It is hard to guess for me!

I performed a network test with command (
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/man1/network-test.1.html),
*network-test* and after this I saw change in md5 value.

See the attached file in previous email, the error is highlighted by yellow
text.
