[Scion] Change in md5 values

Also, I don't understand when you say there is a change in a file when
connecting to SCIONLab. Maybe if I can see the file it would be more clear
(what was the file?). What is it changed and when exactly ?
And what do you mean by "The md5 hash value of *some* file was changed when
received." ? when received from where?
