[Oberon] ETH Win Aos Oberon, first alpha release, first patch already

Hello everyone,

there is one problem with the new ETH Win Aos Oberon: When trying to run it 
on a system lower than WinXP/Win2000 then it does not start

thank you very much for the hint, Pixel !!

This is due to a missing "GetConsoleWindow" function for Windows versions 
lower than Win2000.

For those who have not yet downloaded the new version, please download the 
installer

(the bug is already removed here)

Those of you, who do not have Windows2000 or greater running, and already 
had downloaded the installer,  you can download
http://www.antsinfields.de/download/WinAosOberon/030523/Aos.exe
seperately and replace the file "Aos.exe" in your WinAos directory by this 
one (after installation).
