[Oberon] "mirroring" of filesystem

Hi Peter,

I successfully cloned Native Oberon with
Partitions.PartitionToFile dev#part filename [block blocks] ~ 
and
Partitions.FileToPartition dev#part filename [block blocks] ~

this should be useful also for "mirroring" ...
