[Oberon] Does Oberon/Aos/BB read mime-email ?

Have we got any got any source code to clean such garbage:

Apparently this fad/curse is called "MIME-Version: 1.0".

Since neither Mail.Mod nor MIME.Mod  refere to "=0D", "=0A" nor 
"=20" is seem that they don't handle this curse.

Has AOS/BB been forced to follow the fads more closely ?
