[Oberon] MODULE WMAnimations

Could someone hint me on sources explaining the use of module WMAnimations ?
Is it still in alpha state, unusable, undocumented or is it already working?

Also on the first line of the module stands "(** AUTHOR "staubesv";
PURPOSE "Visual components for animations"; *)"
Is it somehow possible to deduce email of the author(s) from "staubesv"
(to not bother others in the list with such emails)?
