[Oberon] Wikibook _versus_ svn or git.

Hi,
The user community of BlackBox/Component Pascal
uses Git to maintain and update versions of their
upcoming release of BlackBox 1.7.  There are about
12 voting members who review and do the work for
the community.

It would be good if the Oberon community did likewise
for the various versions of Oberon.
