[Oberon] FPGA - OberonV4 Dialogs

Hi,

This is a b&w version, I seem struggling with colours, whatever I do
with buttons, is always black on black, so I use `zig-zag' dot pattern.

The colour definition, does not seem honoured at first sight, by the
objects.

grey1* = 12; grey2* = 13; grey3* = 14; black* = 15; white* = 0;  (**
color codes *)
