[Oberon] Distribution uploaded

For those interested, I have made the first release.  You can get the
whole system here:

I will be adding the compiler sources in the near future.

If you want to try it out, follow the instructions in the
'00README.text' file.   It is known to work on Ubuntu and Raspbian.
If you have trouble, please let me know.
